Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Hospitality Consultant to provide expert guidance to hospitality clients from a remote setting. You will assess operations, craft strategic plans, and deliver actionable recommendations across service areas such as dining, accommodations, events, and guest experience.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, 5+ years in hospitality management or consulting, and the ability to manage multiple client projects remotely while staying

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hospitality management or consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two key areas of hospitality operations (e.g., F&B, accommodation, marketing, finance).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client operations to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
• Develop customized strategic plans and actionable recommendations for clients in service improvement, cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Provide expert advice on best practices in hotel management, restaurant operations, event planning, and customer service.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings and proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with clients virtually to implement recommendations and track progress.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in hospitality.
