Pacific Hospitality Group seeks an experienced Corporate Social Media Manager to lead cross-property social strategy, governance, and AI-assisted content.You will own scheduling, asset creation, and performance reporting across PHG properties, including Meritage Collection collaboration.

The role works with Property Marketing Leads to gather on-site content, while Corporate Brand & Content manages strategy, editing, and brand consistency across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications or PR.
• 5+ years leading brand social media strategy across multiple properties or brands.
• Experience with Sprout Social and multi-channel publishing & reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead social media operating model across PHG properties and outlets.
• Own content calendar, publishing schedules, and channel optimization.
• Manage AI-driven content workflow from request to publish with approvals.
• Coordinate with Property Marketing Leads for on-site assets and content needs.
• Produce and update social assets, including videos for Reels and shorts.
