Job summary

Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa is seeking a Remote Reservations Agent to manage lodging reservations for individual and group guests. You will answer calls, emails, and voicemails, transfer inquiries, and maintain guest information according to Ranch policies.

The role requires weekend availability, strong computer skills, and experience with ResortSuite PMS or Synxis CRS. Join a luxury hospitality team at our Colorado resort with a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Prior experience with lodging reservations system preferred.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and handle phone/video/ email tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming phone calls within 3 rings.
• Respond to voicemail messages promptly and answer emails.
• Make/modify/cancel reservations for transient and group guests.
• Process lodging deposits according to policy.
• Check waitlists and make calls to fill openings.
• Log maintenance/housekeeping issues and guest requests in reservations system.
