Ideal candidates have restaurant or hotel recruiting leadership experience and have lived in major US dining cities.

Strong English and self-motivation are essential, with a college degree preferred. The role emphasizes sourcing and vetting senior-level candidates for clients ranging from single-unit operations

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• 4 year College graduate preferred.
• Very self-motivated, self-driven and organized.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates from network and competitors; focus on qualified, vetted hires.
• Provide recruiters with candidate qualifications and prior experience data.
• Support interview scheduling and manage the interview process to keep candidates engaged.
• Check 2-3 manager references for offers.
• Assist with offer coordination and acceptance; contribute to a smooth onboarding process.
