Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a Coding Specialist to provide CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM coding across multiple specialties from a home-based setting.

The team member will apply codes with high specificity and support revenue capture for professional, facility, or HCC coding as needed. Candidates must be certified through AAPC or AHIMA, have at least 6 months of on-the-job experience, be proficient with EMR and Microsoft Office, and maintain productivity and accuracy targets.

Qualifications

• Certified through AAPC CPC or COC or AHIMA CCS/CCS-P.
• Minimum 6 months on-the-job coding experience.
• Proficient with EMR, billing systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM coding for 1–4 specialties.
• Calculate ProFee and Facility E/M levels using company algorithm.
• Apply ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, HCPCS codes with high specificity.
• Interpret coding guidelines to ensure accurate code assignment and reimbursement.
• Maintain privacy and comply with AHIMA standards and company ethics.
