The role targets physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other decision makers across subspecialties, communicating complex clinical messages while traveling as needed to maximize ROI.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in pharma/healthcare sales, strong CRM skills (Veeva/Salesforce), and a proven ability to exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills when engaging Healthcare Providers.
• Strong ability to articulate complex clinical messages in real time.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage key account relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Veeva or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to target and build relationships with key decision makers.
• Call on physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals across subspecialties.
• Communicate clear messages in complex clinical situations.
• Travel for field work as needed and manage territory data in CRM.
