Qualifications

• 8+ years in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device or Healthcare sales.
• Ability to work independently and manage key account relationships.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong clinical messaging for Healthcare Providers in real time.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work with a CRM tool (Veeva or Salesforce).
• Independent yet collaborative within a team.
• Attention to detail and follow-through.
• Knowledge of local/regional health systems (preferred).
• Oncology or Buy and Bill experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business plan across a wide geographic area.
• Call on physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals across subspecialties.
• Engage with Physician offices, Hospital Pharmacy, OR, ICU, etc.
• Communicate clear messages in complex clinical situations.
• Travel with internal teams as needed to support territory.
• Use data sources to optimize strategies and ROI.
• Achieve or exceed sales and profit goals.
• Manage territory information in a CRM system.
