Job summary

Chiesi USA is seeking a hospital sales specialist in the San Francisco area. You will be field-based with up to 75% travel, promoting CARE hospital products and building relationships with medical centers and staff.

You will drive sales objectives, navigate formularies, and develop territory plans while collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and ensure compliant access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited university.
• Two years' pharmaceutical industry sales experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Proven organizational and territory management abilities.
• Strong relationship-building skills and knowledge of healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Call on targeted customers to promote Chiesi USA products within the territory.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Navigate hospital formulary processes and drive access.
• Develop territory plans and present monthly sales reports.
• Lead high-impact meetings with physicians, pharmacists and staff.
