Chiesi USA is seeking a field-based hospital sales specialist to drive access and adoption of CARE hospital products in the San Francisco area. You will build trusted relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff, navigate formulary processes, and lead territory business plans to meet aggressive sales goals.

You must reside in/near the San Francisco territory and bring 2+ years of pharma sales experience, clinical presentation skills, and strong relationship-building abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited university.
• Two years’ pharmaceutical industry sales experience.
• Excellent communication (interpersonal and public speaking) skills.
• Proven organizational and territory management skills.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Proficiency in presenting scientific information utilizing visual aids, clinical reprints and technical data is a necessity.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Credentialing includes successful completion of a drug test.

Responsabilités

• Call on targeted customers and promote/sell Chiesi USA products in accordance with approved methods within your assigned geographic territory.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Conducts in-services and clinical discussions with physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
• Navigate hospital formulary process.
• Implement territory business plans aligned to regional and national goals.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with medical centers, pharmacies, physicians, medical staff, and others.
• Develop influential customers as local advocates and champions.
• Schedule and conduct high-impact meetings with targeted customers and peers.
• Implement special programs to maximize sales opportunities.
• Refine sales and retention strategies to optimize business outcomes.
