Job summary

Chiesi USA is seeking a results-driven hospital sales specialist to promote CARE products within the Atlanta territory. You will build trusted relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff, conducting clinical discussions and in-services while navigating formulary processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of pharma sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work field-based with up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year accredited university.
• Two years' pharmaceutical industry sales experience.
• Excellent communication (interpersonal and public speaking) skills.
• Proven organizational and territory management skills.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Proficiency in presenting scientific information using visual aids, clinical reprints and technical data.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and hospital credentialing processes, including drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Call on targeted customers and promote/sell Chiesi USA products in assign territory.
• Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Conduct in-services and clinical discussions with physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
• Navigate hospital formulary process and implement territory business plans.
• Develop professional relationships with medical centers, pharmacies, physicians, and staff.
