The role involves handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate records, and learning AcciClaim and SharePoint. A private home office, reliable internet, and eligibility to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a professional office environment is required.
• Experience in health insurance, auto insurance, or medical billing is preferred.
• Knowledge of coordination of benefits or subrogation is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning AcciClaim and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of their caseload and follow each account through to resolution.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.
• Work independently, set priorities, and manage their time with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Address issues proactively and follow up consistently.
