• Verify CPT and ICD-10 codes align with procedures and insurer rules.
• Collaborate with providers on peer-to-peer requests and appeals.
• Communicate with patients about approvals, reschedules or cancellations.
• Read medical charts to ensure procedures match provider plans.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and coordinate with pre-service teams.
