All remote Hospice Triage RNs, once trained, earn $23/hour. Opportunities for pay increases exist. Nurses can earn shift differentials of $1 for overnight and weekend shifts. PTO accrues based on hours worked, and full-time nurses may participate in medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurances, as well as 401(k).
