1. MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact RN license
2. MUST live in/work from a Compact US state
3. Experience with end-of-life care is required
4. Must have high-speed internet
5. Must be tech-savvy, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have keyboard competence
6. Part-time nurses only work 6 days out of a 14-day pay period

IntellaTriage nurses enjoy the benefits of working from home, providing care without the stress and expense of commuting. Requirements include:

1. Work a minimum of 2 evening shifts weekly, 3:30p-12a CST (weekday flexible)
2. Every other weekend, both Saturday and Sunday, 3:30p-12a CST

Our Hospice Triage Nurses:

1. Have experience in hospice, palliative, end-of-life care, and fast-paced environments
2. Work at least 1 weekday and every other weekend
3. Receive three weeks of remote paid training

If you thrive in fast-paced roles, you can:

1. Pick up additional shifts for trained clients
2. Receive a laptop and headset from us
3. Use your own high-speed internet
4. Work in a private, HIPAA-compliant space
5. Use EMRs and internal applications for documentation
6. Follow instructions confidently and use technology effectively
7. Allocate 30 minutes prior to shift for preparation and 30 minutes to 2 hours after for charting

Requirements include:

1. Holding or obtaining a Compact RN license (or support for non-compact states)
2. Experience in hospice or end-of-life care preferred
3. Comfort with multiple technology applications
4. Typing proficiency in a fast-paced environment
5. Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
6. Residency in the U.S. and legal work eligibility
7. Completion of three weeks of remote paid training
8. Availability for weekend, holiday shifts, and flexibility for in-services and additional training
9. Ability to handle stress, multitask, and communicate empathetically
10. Maintaining CEUs as required by your state
11. Passing background and licensing checks
