Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our growing team. In this remote role, you will provide after-hours triage for hospice patients and families, delivering care with professionalism and empathy.

We support nurses with flexible work from home arrangements, a base pay of $25 per hour with potential to earn up to $28 per hour within six months, and remote training to ensure readiness for coordinating timely interventions.

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and EMR documentation.
• Able to handle stress and multitask during calls.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess patient conditions and determine appropriate next steps.
• Coordinate care with on-call teams to resources.
• Accurately document all communications and interventions.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during urgent calls.
