Job summary

IntellaTriage is a remote hospice nurse triage provider offering after-hours support to hospice and home health teams. As an RN, you will triage calls, assess patient needs, and coordinate with on-call staff to ensure timely care delivery.

This role features a $25/hour base, with opportunities to earn up to $28/hour during the first six months, plus a $2 shift differential for overnights and weekends. PTO and 401(k) benefits are included. Training is fully remote for three weeks.

Qualifications

• Active multistate RN license.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and EMR used for documentation.
• Ability to type notes quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Must handle stress and multitask during calls.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Remote position requiring consistent attendance and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess patient conditions and determine appropriate next steps.
• Collaborate with on-call teams to coordinate care and resources.
• Accurately document all communications and interventions.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during urgent calls.
