Job summary

IntellaTriage is seeking a compassionate registered nurse (RN) to join our growing team in a remote, after-hours triage role for hospice patients and families. You will assess needs, coordinate care, and document interventions while supporting timely patient care.

Base pay starts at $25/hour with potential to reach $28/hour within six months. Remote shifts include a $2 differential for overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, multistate RN license required.
• Hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
• Strong tech skills and EMR documentation ability.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone triage for hospice patients and families.
• Assess patient conditions and determine next steps.
• Coordinate care with on-call teams.
• Document all communications and interventions.
• Maintain calm, professional demeanor during urgent calls.
