Haven Hospice in Gainesville seeks a compassionate Triage Registered Nurse to provide after-hours triage support from home. You will answer calls, schedule visits, and coordinate on-call staff to ensure timely care for patients and families.

The role requires RN licensure, hospice experience preferred, and a commitment to documentation and regulatory compliance. PRN schedule includes weeknight evenings, overnights and weekends.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN license.

Responsabilidades

• Answer hospice calls during nights, weekends, holidays and emergencies.
• Schedule nurse visits and dispatch on-call staff.
• Talk with patients and caregivers to assess needs and provide triage support over the phone.
• Coordinate after-hours needs including equipment, supplies and medications.
• Document calls and care updates accurately.
• Ensure care follows state and federal regulations.
