This is a full-time remote position supporting home health services in the United States. Qualified candidates will have an approved nursing degree, a compact RN license, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing.
• Experience with telephonic triage nursing is preferred.
• Excellent customer service, assessment and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic triage nursing to patients and caregivers.
• Assess patient symptoms and determine appropriate level of care.
• Document triage interactions and coordinate with the care team.
