Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Hospice RN Clinical Coordinator to oversee clinical operations and support the Director of Clinical Services. The role requires local residency in Missouri with field visits in Osage Beach, Jefferson City, Macon and Columbia, plus remote work when feasible.

The position emphasizes team leadership, staff mentorship, timely documentation, and participation in QAPI activities to improve patient care and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• One year hospice experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Promotes positive working relationships with team, family, physician, and facilities.
• Manages admissions and medical records as directed by leadership.
• Assists with onboarding and mentoring new staff.
• Participates in QAPI activities and updates care policies.
• Provides after-hours coverage including on-call and admissions.
