Compassus is actively seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager in Joplin, MO. The role focuses on coordinating end-of-life care, supporting patients and families, and collaborating with the care team to deliver compassionate, person-centered services.

You will leverage your RN license and hospice experience to guide care plans, educate families, and ensure comfort and dignity in patients’ final stages of life. A supportive, flexible environment awaits.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
• Current driver’s license.
