• Board-certified or board-eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine (ABIM) or current senior resident/fellow (PGY-2+).
• 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training.
• Based in the United States.
• Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with AAHPM standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for hospice and end-of-life case presentations, symptom-burden assessment, and goals-of-care.
• Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety.
• Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for hospice and end-of-life care.
