Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is recruiting a Field Adjuster for Homeowner Claims based in Modesto, CA. You will assess loss information, conduct field and virtual inspections, and negotiate settlements for homeowner claims, progressing to advanced competency levels.

This remote-first role requires 4+ years in claims, a valid driver's license, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Local travel and regulatory compliance are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 4+ years claims experience with emphasis on homeowner claims.
• Knowledge of homeowner policies and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent may substitute 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate property loss claims of moderate-high severity in field and virtually.
• Photograph and inspect damaged dwellings, structures, and personal property with insured.
• Determine cost of repair and coordinate with contractors or NRPs as needed.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely communication with the insured.
