• 1+ year scheduling in a healthcare setting, preferably home health.
• Experience with EMR systems or willingness to learn quickly.
• Basic knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid terminology.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient visits and Oasis visits in a timely manner.
• Prepare and review weekly clinician schedules.
• Use EMR tools to schedule visits considering patient and staff needs.
• Communicate scheduling updates with field staff and Clinical Manager.
• Handle scheduling issues and referrals efficiently.
