Lee Matthews Agency, Inc. is seeking a motivated Home and Auto Insurance Producer to join a remote team. Earn a compelling compensation package with base salary, commissions, and bonuses, up to around $105K+ depending on performance.

You’ll work with licensed peers and focus on client-centered guidance in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Ideal candidates have active Georgia licenses and P&C sales experience, with excellent communication and a self-driven, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Property & Casualty License or Georgia Non-Resident License.
• 1+ year of prior Allstate & Remote Property and Casualty insurance sales experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferably resides in Central or Eastern Time Zone.
• Customer-centric: commitment to exceeding client expectations.
• Adaptability: capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
• Team-oriented: ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Familiarity with PC, CRM systems and communication tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and propose insurance policies that align with each client's needs.
• Cross-sell to enhance client coverage with additional products or services.
• Be assertive and follow up on leads provided by the agency.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships for satisfaction, loyalty and referrals.
• Stay informed on industry trends to provide well-informed recommendations.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Set and achieve monthly sales targets within specified timeframes.
