Adair Homes in Washington state is seeking a New Home Advisor. You’ll be the first contact for prospective customers who visit our website or call to learn about building a home.

You don’t need homebuilding or traditional sales experience; if you’re great with people, we’ll teach you the rest. Expect a base pay of $20.42/hour with bi-weekly commissions and an annual earnings potential of $75,000+.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospective customers by phone or through our website.
• Ask questions to understand what they’re looking for and where they want to build.
• Educate customers about Adair Homes, our homebuilding process, floor plans, and locations.
• Answer initial questions and help customers feel confident about their next step.
• Schedule appointments with the appropriate local Home Ownership Consultant.
• Follow up with prospective customers and nurture relationships.
• Keep customer information and activity organized in HubSpot CRM.
• Create a welcoming, helpful, and professional first experience with Adair Homes.
