True Talent Solutions Partners in California seeks an attorney to advise HOA boards on governance, real estate, and disputes in a fully remote role with a Los Angeles base. The position blends litigation and transactional work, delivering practical counsel to clients across the state. You will draft governance documents, advise on Davis-Stirling, and manage a caseload, while contributing to industry marketing.

Formación

• Three to seven years of concentrated litigation and/or transactional legal experience.
• Juris Doctor degree and active California State Bar membership.
• Background in corporate governance or real estate law with strong legal writing and client communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advise HOA boards and community managers on governance, real estate, and disputes.
• Handle civil litigation including real estate disputes, construction defects, creditor-side bankruptcy, and judgments.
• Draft and review governance documents, board resolutions, and real estate documents.
• Provide guidance on Davis-Stirling Act compliance, CC&R interpretation, and governance.
