Job Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients, providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Design and present customized personal insurance programs for high-value assets.
• Conduct risk assessments, collaborate with carriers, and negotiate coverage and pricing.
• Process endorsements, cancellations, new business, and renewals accurately.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Build and retain strong client relationships, and identify cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with HNW or Private Client Services background.
• Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Experience with HNW carriers (Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client, etc.).
• Familiarity with agency management systems (EPIC preferred).
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion.
