REMOTE HNW Personal Lines Account Executive
This role is a remote position for an experienced HNW Personal Lines Account Executive. The role involves managing and servicing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing tailored insurance solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for HNW clients, handling service requests, renewals, and policy changes.
- Design and present customized insurance programs for high-value assets.
- Conduct risk assessments and collaborate on property inspections and appraisals.
- Stay updated on market trends, products, and underwriting guidelines specific to HNW clients.
- Negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers and underwriters.
- Process endorsements, cancellations, new business, and renewals efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records in agency management systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Build and retain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on HNW or Private Client Services.
- Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Experience with HNW carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG Private Client, Nationwide Private Client, Cincinnati, etc.
- Experience with agency management systems (EPIC preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Discretion and professionalism handling sensitive client information.
