Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a Sales and Risk Consultant to build risk-based client solutions for high-net-worth individuals and businesses. You will gather coverage details, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive risk evaluations while interpreting carrier language for optimal client recommendations.

You will collaborate with BDEs and CAs, grow referrals, and leverage Salesforce and EPIC AMS to manage accounts.

Qualifications

• 4 years of directly related business development/client service experience.
• Successful Sales and Risk Consultant experience with high-net-worth clients essential.
• P&C licensed and HNW personal lines insurance experience necessary.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with multiple HNW insurance carriers to provide comprehensive coverage options outlined in proposals.
• Generate referrals from your COIs.
• Meet new business development goals and forecasting.
• Incorporate and regularly practice techniques introduced through Sales Training to enhance skills.
• Use Salesforce to complete funnel and internal information tracking reports.
• Use EPIC AMS to enter and maintain all account information.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are met and internal policies followed.
• Review carrier contract language to deliver optimal client coverage recommendations.
