Zachary Piper Solutions seeks an Integration Engineer to join a highly collaborative healthcare technology team supporting data exchange and interoperability initiatives in a Fully Remote position. The role is ideal for an early-career engineer with HL7 experience and strong troubleshooting skills, focusing on healthcare interfaces and data accuracy.

You will troubleshoot live data feeds, work with HL7 v2 messages (ADT/ORU), and collaborate with engineers, customers, and project teams to ensure

Experience with healthcare integrations and data exchange, ability to troubleshoot end-to-end.
Strong HL7 knowledge and messaging experience (ADT/ORU).
Excellent communication with engineers, customers and project teams.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 2 support for healthcare integrations and live data feeds.
Troubleshoot HL7 interfaces and ensure reliable data exchange.
Coordinate testing, deployment and monitoring of integrations across environments.
Communicate technical information and project updates clearly to stakeholders.
Monitor production integrations and perform root-cause analysis.
