Job summary

Ladders is seeking an HL7 Integration Engineer to design, configure, implement, and test healthcare interfaces that support clinical and operational data exchange. You will partner with hospital IT teams, external customers, and vendors to ensure reliable integration and smooth interface performance.

This remote role is US-based, with limited travel and a focus on solving technical integration challenges, improving implementation processes, and supporting multiple concurrent projects in a remote

Qualifications

• AS degree in Computer Science or General Business, or 7 years of relevant experience.
• HL7 Cloverleaf Level 1 certification or HL7 experience (3 years).
• Project management experience.
• Basic networking experience.
• Windows Server environment experience.
• MS Office 365 Suite (incl. AI tools).
• Experience with TCL, PowerShell, Python, XML, or C programming.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and test interfaces for perinatal systems products.
• Manage integration of hospital IT systems with the company’s perinatal systems.
• Collaborate with external customers and IT vendors to develop system interfaces.
• Develop and improve interface tools and implementation processes.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously with varying durations.
• Strive to improve the system integration process using Lean principles.

For our client, we are seeking a HL7 Integration Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will focus on designing, configuring, implementing, and testing healthcare interfaces that support clinical and operational data exchange. The position will partner with hospital IT teams, external customers, and technology vendors to ensure reliable system integration and smooth interface performance. It is well suited for someone who enjoys solving technical integration challenges, improving implementation processes, and supporting multiple concurrent projects in a remote environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $112,800 – $169,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and test interfaces for perinatal systems products
• Manage integration of hospital IT systems with the company’s perinatal systems

• Work effectively from a home office with limited travel

Qualifications
