Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Medical Imaging Sciences, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare IT implementation or a related technical role.
• Proficiency with HL7/DICOM standards and configuring healthcare system integrations.
• Proficiency with Linux command-line interface and SQL databases (e.g., Sybase, PostgreSQL, MS SQL).
• Ability to travel as required to support on-site client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead HL7/DICOM integration design, configuration, and deployment for complex client environments.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced technical and workflow issues across applications, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Partner with Project Management to drive system integration milestones, providing regular status updates to clients and third-party vendors.
• Design and deliver structured training programs for end users and administrators, adapting delivery to meet diverse learning needs and clinical settings.
• Document and maintain implementation artifacts — including configurations, workflows, and architecture changes.
• Assist with TS requests which may include custom reports, queries, identifying bugs, complex DICOM/HL7 migrations or workflows.
