OpenKrill is seeking a Hindi Content Specialist to review and curate written and audio content from home in the USA. You will ensure accuracy and consistency while following SOPs, guidelines, and client requirements. The role supports multiple queues and strict adherence to information security practices.

The position is remote within the USA, with PST working hours and a 12-month contract. The salary is $23 per hour, with opportunities to contribute to content quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Review, validate and curate written and audio content per SOPs and client guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and timely processing according to defined SLAs.
• Adhere to information security and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily content curation for written publications and audio content using SOPs and client guidelines.
• Validate content and metadata for completeness, consistency, and basic accuracy; apply straightforward corrections when covered by guidelines.
• Identify and document content issues, defects, and bugs in internal tools using required templates and ticketing standards.
• Escalate unclear, high-impact, or out-of-policy issues to the Team Lead/SME with clear context and supporting evidence.
• Manage assigned queues to meet throughput expectations and turnaround times/SLA requirements.
• Follow information security, confidentiality, and secure work environment requirements (where applicable).
• Maintain high attention to detail while completing repetitive or high-volume tasks.
• Participate in team meetings, calibration sessions, and required training; incorporate feedback to improve accuracy and consistency.
