Qualifications

• Native or bilingual fluency in Hindi with strong cultural awareness of Indian markets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures and quality standards.
• Basic problem-solving skills (identify the issue, gather evidence, follow the escalation path).
• Strong time management and ability to consistently meet productivity and quality expectations.
• Comfortable working with multiple tools and web platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web browsers.
• Comfortable working in a role that may involve exposure to content some may find sensitive or offensive.

Responsibilities

• Review and curate written content and audio content per SOPs and client guidelines.
• Validate content and metadata for completeness and basic accuracy; make guideline-based corrections.
• Document content issues and bugs using required templates and ticketing standards.
• Escalate unclear, high-impact, or out-of-policy issues with clear context.
• Manage assigned queues to meet throughput and SLA targets.
• Follow information security and confidentiality requirements.
• Maintain high attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
• Participate in team calibrations and training; apply feedback to improve accuracy.
