Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Typically 1–2 years of experience in Health Information Management or related healthcare setting.
• Proficient with Epic, ExtractLabDE, Solarity, OnBase, Microsoft 365 and legacy archives.

Responsibilities

• Process and file patient records into the EHR per HIM procedures.
• Analyze lab reports for patient identifiers and regulatory compliance.
• Enter data into EHR using OCR and manual entry where needed.
• Ensure PHI is secured and HIPAA compliant.
• Coordinate with care teams via phone, email, or Epic In-Basket.
