You should be coachable, competitive, and able to manage your own pipeline. Prior high-ticket or B2B sales helps, but strong communication and a proven process are valued. Top performers gain access to additional leads and uncapped earning potential.

A strong sales background is valuable, but we also consider candidates who communicate well, learn quickly, take direction, and know how to execute.
