Job summary

WFS Group is recruiting remote setters to generate qualified appointments from warm inbound leads for high-ticket offers ranging from $7k-$15k+. This is a performance-driven sales role with base pay plus uncapped commissions and a fast track to closing.

You will focus on warm outbound dialing, inbound lead qualification, and pipeline follow-up, setting appointments for closers and feeding revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of SDR/ setter or phone sales experience in high ticket space.
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling objections.
• Independent remote work capability and experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Make high volume outbound calls to warm leads.
• Qualify prospects and identify buying intent.
• Set appointments for closers and follow up with leads across the pipeline.
• Utilize CRM systems to track activity and attend daily coaching sessions.
• Hit and exceed appointment targets consistently.
