Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and active state teaching license.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers to interpret and use student data for instructional decisions.
• Willingness to receive coaching regularly from administrators and trainers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel/Outlook/Word/PowerPoint).
• Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms.
• Maintain teacher certification and K12 system fluency.
• Experience supporting adults and students in technology usage.
• Experience teaching online and/or in-person environments.
• Experience with online learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Augments course content using prescribed policies with asynchronous/synchronous tools under guidance.
• Maintains grade book, monitors progress, and informs administrators of concerns.
• Supports learning coaches/parents with curricular issues and virtual classroom troubleshooting.
• Travels for professional development and testing as required (roughly monthly/20%).
