Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Healthcare Interface Developer to design, build, and support HL7, C-CDA, and FHIR interfaces for enterprise health IT environments. You will implement secure APIs, map FHIR resources, and ensure conformance with implementation guides.

You will work across EHRs, labs, payers, and patient access workflows, coordinate testing and deployment, and document architectures. The role requires 7+ years of hands-on experience and US citizenship with ability to obtain a public trust

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and supporting production healthcare interfaces.
• Knowledge of HL7 messaging, C-CDA, FHIR resources and REST APIs.
• Experience with data mapping, transformation, interface testing and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support HL7, C-CDA, and FHIR interfaces.
• Implement secure APIs, create FHIR mappings, ensure implementation-guide conformance.
• Build and maintain data transformations, routing logic, and interface monitoring.
• Support integration use cases across EHRs, labs, payers, and patient apps.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and remediation of production issues.
• Coordinate API access requirements with security teams and support secure authentication/authorization.
• Document interface designs, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and mentor team members.
• Undertake other tasks to support team objectives and project delivery.
