Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison in hematologic oncology for the Pacific Coast region. This field-based marketing role works with KOLs and Nursing organizations to shape education and inform brand strategies, while collaborating with RBDs, ABMs, MSLs, and home office teams.

The role emphasizes on-label discussions, cross-functional planning, and rapid feedback to support strategic initiatives in a highly regulated environment. Remote US options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical experience.
• Ability to travel 60–75% to meetings/trainings/programs.
• Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory or close to it.
• Strong organizational skills and able to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Align with cross-functional teammates to orchestrate resources with top KOLs.
• Identify, profile, cultivate and maintain relationships with KOLs in oncology.
• Engage in on-label discussions on product and disease states at appropriate venues.
• Partner with nursing organizations to support education on disease states.
• Execute agreed KOL programming while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with field team to ensure strategic and tactical alignment.
• Plan KOL engagements at local, regional, and national conferences.
• Capture feedback from KOLs to inform brand decisions.
