Job summary

Graham Technologies is seeking a versatile Helpdesk Analyst / Systems Administrator to support users of an external-facing application within a small, agile team. The role blends hands-on technical support with system administration and light development support.

Location: Remote. The ideal candidate has Active Secret Clearance, CompTIA Security+ certification, and 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration, including database updates, permission management, and certificate

Qualifications

Active Secret Clearance is required.
CompTIA Security+ certification is required.
2-4 years in a helpdesk, IT support, or system administration role.
Experience performing database updates, permission and access management, account provisioning, and certificate troubleshooting.
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Experience with ticketing systems and documenting resolutions.
Experience with application log analysis and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for incoming application support and helpdesk requests.
Troubleshoot issues related to permissions, database updates, application functionality, and system configuration.
Perform system administration tasks across application environments and user management platforms.
Manage user access, account provisioning, and certificate-related issues.
Document solutions, update knowledge bases, and maintain support processes.
Create development-ready tickets for code-change needs.
Analyze logs and monitor systems to diagnose issues and identify improvements.
Assist with small development tasks when workload allows.
Collaborate with development, security, and product teams to ensure stable operations.
