TEKsystems is seeking Level 1 Technical Support Representatives for a remote contract position. We are seeking Level 1 Desktop Support/Technical Support representatives for a 3-4 month contract position from July to October. This role is fully remote, with equipment provided, and offers the opportunity to work for one of the largest education organizations in the US.
The Technical Support Representative is part of the Family Tech Support Contact Center, handling inquiries related to company products or services, remote access issues, logins, website problems, and platform navigation. Responsibilities include responding to inbound calls, LiveChat, and emails from families, students, and occasionally teachers.
