A leading provider of technology services is seeking Level 1 Technical Support Representatives for a remote position. This contract role involves assisting families and students with technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues. Ideal candidates will have desktop support experience and proficiency in Windows. We are seeking Level 1 Desktop Support/Technical Support representatives for a 3-4 month contract job from July to October. This is a fully remote position with equipment provided, offering an opportunity to work for one of the largest education organizations in the US.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST
Pay: $17/hr
The Technical Support Representative is part of the Family Tech Support Contact Center. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries about products or services, handling complaints, providing remote access support, assisting with logins, website issues, and platform navigation. The role involves taking inbound calls, LiveChat, and emails from families, students, and occasionally teachers.
