Job summary

SCAN is hiring a HEDIS Nurse for a temporary, remote role. You will review medical records, discuss medication adherence with members, and support multiple interdepartmental initiatives to ensure complete reporting and data integrity.

Qualified candidates hold an RN or LVN license with 2–3 years of related experience, and knowledge of NCQA guidelines is a plus. This remote, temporary position includes medical benefits, 401(k), and paid sick time.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN license required.
• 2–3 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of field policies and NCQA guidelines helpful.

Responsibilities

• Abstracts clinical data from medical records per NCQA guidelines.
• Communicates with members/providers regarding Quality Initiative projects.
• Enters findings into designated database accurately.
• Documents all interactions with members per project manager.
• Pursues missing data to complete records reviews within timelines.
• Coordinates with HEDIS staff for data updating and tracking.
