Qualifications

• RN licensure in NC or compact state is required.
• Minimum 4 years of nursing experience with data/review work.
• Experience with medical record retrieval and abstraction.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection and abstraction for quality measures (HEDIS/CMS/CHIPRA).
• Handle high-volume record retrieval and documentation with accuracy.
• Coordinate with HEDIS Ops and Risk Adjustment teams to collect records.
• Load records into abstraction database and track outcomes.
