Huron is seeking a HEDIS Data Analyst/Architect to join its Healthcare Payer group. You will work with health plans to improve quality performance, ensure regulatory reporting, and transform payer data into actionable insights.

The role requires 4–6+ years in healthcare payer analytics, strong SQL, and experience supporting HEDIS initiatives. A remote, W2 hourly contract is offered with competitive rates in the US.

Qualifications

• HEDIS knowledge and experience supporting HEDIS reporting initiatives.
• Strong understanding of CMS STAR Ratings, quality programs, and regulatory reporting.
• Hands-on data analysis, mapping, validation, and data quality reviews.

Responsibilities

• Support HEDIS measurement, reporting, validation, and annual submission activities.
• Translate requirements into data and reporting solutions.
• Analyze HEDIS performance and identify opportunities to improve quality scores.
• Contribute to HEDIS solution architecture, data flow design, and data model recommendations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to meet reporting needs.
• Perform root cause analysis on data quality issues and support audits.
