Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of HEDIS abstraction experience in CBP, WCC, PPC, COA or related measures.
• Medical coder certification (CPC, CCS, RHIT, RHIA) or active nursing license (LPN/LVN/RN).
• Must provide own Windows 10/11 laptop with high‑speed internet and video capability.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and abstract HEDIS data into the designated data-entry portal.
• Data entry into Advantmed proprietary software.
• Maintain accuracy thresholds and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Attend self-paced or live training within defined timeframes and meet productivity standards.
