Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Hebrew Bilingual Experts to contribute to an AI training project focused on Hebrew language understanding and generation. You will evaluate Hebrew audio content, assess linguistic quality, and provide feedback based on established guidelines.

No prior AI experience is required; strong Hebrew proficiency, English communication, and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Hebrew (spoken and written).
• B2+ proficiency in English, especially for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to clearly explain linguistic observations and evaluation decisions.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Hebrew audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and pronunciation issues.
• Document evaluations with clear English feedback.
• Provide explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow established guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Provide linguistic insights to improve AI Hebrew-language models.
• Complete tasks accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
