Job summary

ABX Air is seeking an experienced Technical Operations Maintenance Representative to coordinate repair, modification and preventative maintenance of ABX aircraft at contract repair facilities. This role requires project management, vendor oversight, and hands-on maintenance at domestic and international sites.

Responsibilities include on-site materials management, serving as the liaison between ABX Engineering and vendor teams, and working flexible hours with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have HSD/GED.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass an MVR background check.
• 5 years experience in maintenance and/or overhaul of heavy jet aircraft engines, including 3 years on 767 aircraft.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally to support ABX at contract repair agencies.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repair, modification and preventative maintenance of ABX aircraft at contract repair agencies.
• Perform project management functions to ensure the aircraft is maintained to ABX standards.
• Perform vendor oversight as well as hands-on maintenance actions at ABX aircraft at both domestic and international locations as required.
• Manage, oversee and conduct all required Materials Management functions on-site at vendor location.
• Act as primary liaison between ABX Engineering department and vendor engineering department in all matters requiring engineering support.
